ORDER

This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to extend the time for further period of 30 days to comply with the order passed in CRP Nos.842 and 844 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while disposing the civil revision petitions, had directed the petitioner in CRP No.842 of 2024 viz., Thirumalvalavan to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) to the credit of O.S.No.17 of 2019 on or before 17.03.2025. He would further submit that the order copy was made ready on 05.03.2025 and subsequent to the order passed, the petitioner met with an accident and due to which, his right hand wrist bone was dislocated and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

raa thereby, he is unable to comply with the condition imposed and seeks to extend time granted for depositing the said amount.

3.Taking into consideration the circumstance of the case, the time is extended to the petitioner in CRP No.842 of 2024 and he shall deposit the said amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of O.S.No.17 of 2019 on or before 09.04.2025 without fail. 4.The above civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly. 18-03-2025 raa To The District and Sessions Judge, Thirupathur.
