O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition dated 13.03.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.4585 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. The petitioner was granted bail on 13.03.2018, by the Principal Sessions Judge in Crl.M.P.No.4585 of 2018 on certain conditions, one of which is that the petitioner should execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties, one of which must be the Government Servant.

3. It is the contention of the petitioner that he has not been able to secure any Government Servant to stand as the surety.

4. Mr.C.Raghavan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner had jumped the bail and thereafter, he has been arrested and therefore, strict surety condition must be imposed.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition relating to the Government Servant is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

modified and in that place, one surety shall be a blood relative/spouse of the petitioner. Rest of the conditions imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge shall remain the same.
