Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent herein to alter the FIR in Crime No. 25 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent and include the offences under section 4 of Women Harassment Act and section 329(3) of BNS.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to alter the FIR in Crime No.25 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent by including the offences under Section 4 of Women Harassment Act and Section 329(3) of BNS, 2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent. Perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.25 of 2025 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that, if there is any material is available to attract the offence under Section 4 of Women Harassment Act and Section 329(3) of BNS, 2023, the first respondent is directed to include the same and file final report accordingly within a period of twelve weeks.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
