Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is working as a Driver in the Metropolitan Transport Corporation. On 25.03.2021, on account of closure of a free road, the petitioner was asked to take diversion. While proceeding in the diverted route, the accident took place.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that there is absolutely no fault on the petitioner part. The pendency of F.I.R is causing prejudice to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The respondent is directed to file final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent shall take note of the contentions set out in the quash petition while filing the final report.
