Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- It is found that the petitioner has failed to comply with the conditional order of this Court dated 06.06.2019.

2. In such view of the matter, this court is not inclined to show any further indulgence in favour of the petitioner.

3. In the light of the above position, this petition is dismissed.
