The above C.M.P. is filed to condone the delay of 395 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the civil miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) in favour of Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority attached to this Bench within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
