By its Director ..Respondents Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent pertaining to his proceedings in R.C.No.8713/A3/LC/2012 and quash the order dated 7.4.2014, and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Telugu Pandit in the existing vacancy of the year 2010-11.

O R D E R

The writ petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition challenging the order dated 07.04.2014, passed by the second respondent in and by which her claim for appointment to the post of Telugu Pandit was rejected 2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that the name of the writ petitioner was sponsored by the Employment Exchange in proceedings dated 17.09.2014, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.31451 of 2012 dated 19.02.2014.

Thereafter, the petitioner also submitted a representation on 28.10.2014, requesting the Teachers Recruitment Board to consider her name for appointment to the post of Telugu Pandit, based on the sponsoring letter of the Employment Exchange dated 17.09.2014. Further, the learned counsel submits that the said post of Telugu Pandit is still vacant and yet to be filled up.

3.Under such circumstances, without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 28.10.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit the copy of the representation along with all the relevant documents and the order passed today (03.11.2017) in this writ petition.
