ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 03.06.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13277 of 2015.

2. Today, Mr.Clastin David, Inspector of Police, Central https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Crime Branch, EDF-I, Team-1, Vepery, was present before this Court.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side], on instructions, submitted that the order dated 03.06.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13277 of 2015 has been complied with, inasmuch as a regular FIR has been registered in Cr.No.451 of 2015 dated 02.11.2015 under Sections 406, 419, 420, 465, 468 and 506(i) r/w 471 IPC. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] also represented that the Inspector of Police is now investigating the said case.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
