On the complaint given by one Srinivasan, the police is harassing him and therefore, to protect himself from the harassment, the present petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that a complaint and complaint in counter Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.

Crl.O.P.No.14738 of 2024 rpl received by the respondent police one from Srinivasan and another from one Sekaran. On enquiry the 1st respondent found that the dispute is purely civil in nature and the same was closed on 28.11.2023. The said Srinivasan and Sekaran had given a letter stating the he will not disturb the peaceful possession and will not indulge in any act of crime pursuant to the money dispute.

In the said circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of recording that as on date no complaint been pending against this petitioner.
