This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 23.06.2015. In connection with which, he was required to appear before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Virudhachalam for enquiry. A Sub Inspector was sent to inform the petitioner about the enquiry. The petitioner has lodged a complaint against the said Sub Inspector also.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Virudhachalam and take part in the enquiry.
