The Medical Report which is impugned in the present writ petition, records that the wounds in the petitioner's left leg are healing

well and that his vital parameters are normal and the hospital authorities are extending the medical treatment as per standard guidelines and the patient is also planned for discharge. As such, the claim of the petitioner that her husband requires treatment in a private hospital does not have merit.

2.This apart, for the same prayer, the petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition in W.P.No.1709 of 2025, and vide order dated 27.01.2025, the coordinate bench of this Court has taken into account the medical report of the prisoner and had dismissed the prayer sought for, which order is also claimed to have been confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3.Having earlier sought for similar prayer, it is not legally permissible for the petitioner to seek for similar prayer in the above writ petition. On this ground also, we do not find any merit in this writ petition.

4.This Writ Petition stands dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. [M.S.R, J.] [N.S, J.] 24.03.2025 kas Index : Yes / No To.
