O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to invoke the inherent power in favour of the petitioner and direct the respondent to arrest the rest of the accused in Crime No.29 of 2019, who have not already been arrested.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police against the accused persons. The respondent police has registered the FIR in Crime No.29 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 r/2 34 of IPC against the accused persons. The respondent police has arrested two persons only. Further the respondent police showed only reckless act in the investigation. Hence, the petitioner filed the present petition to direct the respondent to arrest the rest of the accused in Crime No.29 of 2019 who have not already been arrested. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent have taken steps to arrest the other accused and the investigation is going on.

4. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.29 of 2019 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
