This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.06.2015 and to file a final report on the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 10.06.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.252 of 2015 and the same was closed on 15.08.2015.
