ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506 (ii) of IPC in Cr.No.111 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant brutally, due to which, the defacto complainant lost one eye sight. The petitioners are arrayed as A1 to A4 in the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that they have been falsely implicated in the case.

4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that A1 already surrendered and was arrested.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
