ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to extend the interim bail granted to the detenu, Aslam, S/o.Jainulapudin, Convict No.18819, confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore, in W.M.P.No.39387 of 2024 in W.P.No.12560 of 2022, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

dated 16.12.2024 from 20.03.2025 until further orders.

2. Since there is no objection by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for extending the bail to the detenu, the interim bail already granted by this Court, is further extended for a period of three months i.e. from 20.03.2025 till 27.06.2025 on the same conditions as imposed in W.M.P.No.27486 of 2023 in W.P.No.12560 of 2022.

3. The Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed, accordingly. (M.S.R, J.)
