The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family based on the complaint dated 12.06.2020 to the 2nd respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 12.06.2020, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same has been closed on 15.06.2020. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate civil forum for appropriate relief.
