ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to transfer the hearing of bail application in Crl.M.P.No.212 of 2016 from the file of the learned District-cum-Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, to the file of some other Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/de facto complainant and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent.

3. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the present petition for transferring the hearing of bail application in Crl.M.P.No.212 of 2016 was filed on 20.01.2016. But, in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

said bail application, bail has been granted by the learned Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, on 22.01.2016 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to mover before the appropriate forum for appropriate relief. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
