Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to take preventive measures by cutting the Karuvela Trees lying in the property situated at No.41, Vellalar Street, Ariyalur, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.02.2020.

ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to take preventive measures by cutting the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Karuvela Trees lying in the property situated at No.41, Vellalar Street, Ariyalur, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.02.2020. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered, since the prayer sought for to take preventive measures by cutting trees, the respondent registered a case in Crime No.996 of 2020.
3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the 2nd respondent is directed to proceed the investigation in accordance with law.
4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
