ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 294(b), 323, 324 and 506 of I.P.C,in Crime No. Not known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner in C.S.R.No.88 of 2021.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of four weeks from today and report before this Court on 21.05.2021. The parties are directed to cooperate with the enquiry.
