This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 27249 of 2018 dated 10.12.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27249 of 2018 dated 10.12.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27249 of 2018 dated 10.12.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
