This petition has been filed seeking modification the condition imposed in paragraph 6(a) of order dated 18.03.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.630 of 2024 on the file of learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Having considered the arguments advanced, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri in para no.6(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on paying a sum of Rs.3,87,790/- to Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand only) at Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Dharmapuri. 03.04.2024 rjr 2/3
