ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition

2. The petitioners were arrested in this case on 11.03.2020 and thereafter granted bail on 18.03.2020. The petitioners were released on 20.03.2020. The petitioners were directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

3. The contention of the petitioner is that 1st and 2nd petitioners hail from Madurai and 3rd to 5th petitioners hail from Trichy. The petitioners were not keeping good health. In fact some of the petitioners had undergone surgeries and were hospitalized and hence for better nursing and continuous treatment they may be permitted to stay and take treatment at their respective places and due to the present Covid-19 situation, the petitioners stay at Chennai is without family support and proper medical care, their health conditions got deteriorated. 2nd petitioner to stay at Madurai and report before the Vilakkuthoon Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. The 3rd to 5th petitioners are stay at Trichy and report before the Contonment Police Station daily 10.30 a.m.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
