The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the official respondents made a submission that the complaints given by the writ petitioner was considered and an enquiry was conducted. After enquiry, the authorities formed an opinion that the allegations in the complaint are not true and accordingly, it was closed and the copy of the report was communicated to the writ petitioner.

2. Thus, no further adjudication is required and consequently, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
