7866/2019) pending disposal of the above appeal 206/2019 and; (ii) to order a stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the Judgement and decree dated 30.01.2017 made in O.S.No.47 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the III Addl District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore pending disposal of the above appeal and pass other necessary and just orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and render justice. (in CMP.7024/2017 in AS.NO.160/2017) respectively.

common o r d e r In C.M.P.No.7866 of 2019 in A.S.No.206 of 2019, an order of interim stay in respect of passing of final decree alone, was granted on 25.04.2019 and the matter has been kept pending till now. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and the Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

2. The petition in C.M.P.No.7024 of 2017 in A.S.No.160 of 2017 was filed in the year 2017 and the same has been kept pending till date without any order. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time and hence, the same is closed.
