ORDER

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the writ petition filed to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner's son on the ground of medical invalidation as a sanitary worker in Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation has become infructuous as the petitioner superannuated in 2018. Therefore, no further adjudication needs to be made in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petition which was not objected to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
