This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents, particularly, the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 24.10.2024 wherein the petitioner has sought for adding his name in the patta with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.S.Mukilan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be 2/4

a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 24.10.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the respondents 4 and 5 and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
