This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to bring the petitioners in the regular time scale of pay on completion of 3 years of service with consequential and other monetary benefits.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners were appointed as Water Suppliers during the year 1995. Subsequently, they were absorbed for regular work, however, paid only consolidated pay. It is the specific case of

the petitioners that they are entitled for regular time scale of pay, on completion of three years of service, in view of G.O.Ms.No.199 dated 12.08.1997, G.O.Ms.No.84, dated 21.05.1998 and G.O.Ms.No.125 dated 27.05.1999 and also as per the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.47 and 385 of 2010 dated 23.06.2010.
