ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time to produce sureties in compliance with the order dated 24.10.2017 made in Cr.M.P.No.1246 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Court, Tiruppur

Being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the petition and in the light of the observations and findings of the order dated 24.10.2017 made in Cr.M.P.No.1246 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Court, Tiruppur, the petitioner is granted further time of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order to produce the sureties as ordered in Cr.M.P.No.1246 of 2017 on 24.10.2017. All other observations made in Cr.M.P.No.1246 of 2017 dated 24.10.2017 shall remain intact.
