2.Considering the fact that there was an element of settlement, this Court referred the matter for mediation. It is now reported that the parties have entered into a Memorandum of Joint Compromise dated 27.01.2025. Learned counsel appearing on either side submit that the parties have

appeared before the Mediator and have signed the Memorandum of Joint Compromise in the presence of their respective counsel. In the Mediation Report, the Mediator has enclosed the Memorandum of Joint Compromise entered into between the parties. As per the terms of the Memorandum of Joint Compromise, the parties have agreed for disposal of both the Appeals in terms of the Memorandum of Joint Compromise. 3.On the earlier occasion, i.e., on 05.02.2025, the learned counsel on either side sought time to file a Comprehensive Memorandum of Compromise. Accordingly, the parties have filed today a Comprehensive Memorandum of Compromise dated 29.03.2025 before this Court. Learned counsel appearing on either side requested for disposal of the above Appeals in line with the terms of compromise agreed with the appellants and respondents as per the Comprehensive Memorandum of Compromise dated 29.03.2025.

4.Accordingly, these Original Side Appeals are disposed of in terms of the Comprehensive Memorandum of Compromise, dated 29.03.2025,

now produced before this Court, and the Comprehensive Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the records. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
