This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed in C.M.P.No.1132 of 2022, dated 05.04.2022 on the file on the Principal Sessions Judge Chengalpattu.
2. The bail condition of depositing Rs.3,00,000/- in a case where cheating of Rs.13,00,000/-, does not appear to be a onerous condition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this modification petition.
