Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17781 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.VINODH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17781 of 2020, dated 10.11.2020 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police twice in a month i.e. on the 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
