Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to pass appropriate order on the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2015 and issue free bus pass to the petitioner and to his family members and to pay back wages and gratuity.

ORDER
The petitioner was employed in the technical side of the second respondent Corporation. He was terminated from service. His termination was set aside by this Court. Thereafter, he reached the age of superannuation. As far as this case is concerned, the grievance of the petitioner is that, he made a representation dated 23.03.2015 to the second respondent seeking to issue free bus pass to him and to his family members as provided to other retired employees and to pay back wages and gratuity.
2. The prayer in the writ petition is only to dispose of the representation dated 23.03.2015.

In view of the narrow prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
