2. Even today also i.e on 31.07.2023, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.9545 of 2019 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
