Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, praying to punish respondents for their willful disobedience of the orders of this Hon'ble Court passed in W.P.No.460 of 2018 dated 10.01.2018 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.460 of 2018 dated 10.01.2018 has not been complied with.

2. It is represented by both sides that in pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 21.01.2019, the petitioner is issued with an order dated 06.02.2019 alloting a Flat in C-5, Nandanam Turnbulls Road, Housing Scheme, Tamil Nadu Housing Board.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is fully satisfied with the allotment.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner's request has been properly met with by the respondents by issuing the above said order dated 06.02.2019, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition to be adjudicated upon further.

5. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. Before parting with this matter, this Court records its appreciation on the learned Additional Advocate General Mr.P.H.Aravind Pandian, who appeared in this matter on last

occassion, for using his good office & seeing that the order passed by this Court is fully complied with in letter and spirit.
