Crl.M.P.No.4939 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29966 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29966 of 2022 dated 19.12.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29966 of 2022 dated 19.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
