(CRIME NO.2407 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 AM., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19487 of 2020 order dated 23/02/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.RAJ THILAK, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19487 of 2020, dated 23.02.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
