2. Mr.A.Sathish, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection for restoring the Second Appeal.

3. Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, C.M.P.No.20120 of 2022 is ordered and S.A.No.1528 of 2007 is restored to file.

4. Registry is directed to post the Second Appeal for final hearing on 24.01.2023.
