This petition has been filed, seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.288 of 2009, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that in respect of Crime No.288/2009, further action was dropped after conducting enquiry on 31.05.2010 and refer charge sheet was filed on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Mannarkudi. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the F.I.R in Crime No.288 of 2009 on the file of the first respondent is quashed.
