C.M.P.No.8046 of 2019 in S.A.No.1528 of 2007 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to condone the delay of 3363 days in filing the petition to set aside the order of dismissal of the appeal against the 1st respondent.

2.Mr.Sathish, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present petition.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
