Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to place the Petitioner in the appropriate place in the panel drawn for the year 2015 for the post of BT Assistant (Maths), by considering the representation made by the Petitioner on 18.05.2015, as per the Director's Circular dated 15.11.2001.

ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is seeking for a direction to the first respondent to place the petitioner in the appropriate place in the panel drawn for the year 2015 for the post of BT Assistant (Maths), by considering his representation dated 18.05.2015 as per the Director's Circular dated 15.11.2001.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of his representation dated 18.05.2015, in the light of the Circular of the Director of Elementary Education dated 15.11.2001.

3. Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.05.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the Circular of the Director of Elementary Education dated 15.11.2001, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
