Crl.M.P.No.6449 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15818 of 2023 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.19179 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15818 of 2023 dated 12.12.2023 to report before the respondent once in a month till filing of the charge sheet.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly. He further submitted that the respondent is yet to file charge sheet in this case.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed against the petitioners herein is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation. Further, after filing of charge sheet, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
