This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to deposit a sum of Rs.2,14,900/- to the credit of Income Tax Department which was deducted from the account of the petitioner towards TDS on 22.01.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been complied with by the respondents.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
