ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the sale deed, dated 22.12.2025 presented by the petitioners for registration in the light of the earlier order dated 16.11.2004 passed in W.P.No.29825 of 2004 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. According to the petitioners, there is no legal impediment for the 2nd respondent to register the sale deed, dated 22.12.2025 presented by the petitioners for registration. According to them, by virtue of the earlier order, dated 16.11.2004 passed in W.P.No.29825 of 2004 involving the very same survey number, the petitioners are entitled to get the sale deed, dated 22.12.2025 registered with the 2nd respondent.
3. A counter has been filed by the 2nd respondent stating that objections have been raised by Arulmigu Sugavaneswarar Swamy Temple, Salem for registration of any document pertaining to the property, which is the subject matter of the sale deed presented by the petitioners for registration.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioners' request for registration of their sale deed, dated 22.12.2025 is considered on Page No.2 of 5
merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of Arulmigu Sugavaneswarar Swamy Temple, Salem, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' request for registration of the sale deed, dated 22.12.2025.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to take a final decision as to whether the sale deed, dated 22.12.2025 presented by the petitioners can be registered or not, after hearing the objections of Arulmigu Sugavaneswarar Swamy Temple, Salem and any other party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While considering the petitioners' request for registration, the 2nd respondent shall take into consideration the orders, dated 16.11.2004 passed in W.P.No.29825 of 2004, 20.12.2024 passed in W.P.No.37965 of 2024 and 25.03.2025 passed in W.P.No.5072 of 2025. No costs.
