The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Civil Revision Petition has filed against the order passed in I.A.No.60 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No.2 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Neyveli. The petitioner is aggrieved against the interim maintenance awarded in the above said I.A.No.60 of 2016. In the meanwhile, the matter has been settled between the parties and the main H.M.O.P.No.2 of 2016 itself is settled in the trial Court. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
