Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent, daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders by an order dated 02.03.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.3196/2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M. MARUDHACHALAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3196 of 2021, dated 02.03.2021 is modified and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
