Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to grant the permission for contesting the protest at N.S.K Anna Arch Police booth at 09.00 a.m to 10.00 a.m in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2025.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct a protest at N.S.K Anna Arch Police booth between 09.00 a.m and 10.00 a.m pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2025 was considered and the same was rejected by an order dated 25.03.2025.
3. In view of the above submission, the direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
