This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the second respondent dated 23.12.2012 relating to the petitioner in holding the office of the Vice-President of Thenmelpakkam Panchayat, Kattankolathur Panchayat Union, Chengalpet Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
