..Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for all the connected records in the issuance of impugned orders dated 06.09.2013 in Letter No.010929/62/G19/2013-9 of the Secretary/TANGEDCO, which he referred with reference to the reply of Industries Department, wherein Industries Department refused to accept and to count the past service rendered in the Industries Department and to quash them, consequently for directions to the 1st and 2nd respondents for clubbing the service in Industries with present pensionable service of TNEB to get a longer period for taking that for full pension and other pensionary benefits.

(2)Accordingly, the case is listed today under the caption ''For Dismissal'' and even today also, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned counsels for the respondents were present.
