O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner seems to have addressed the wrong Ministry on the issue which he seeks to raise and impleaded another Ministry; naturally he will not get any response from the unconcerned Ministry. It is also a moot point, whether technologically the preventive action as the petitioner wants, can be taken at all or not.

2. We are, thus, not inclined to entertain this public interest litigation. The petitioner should first address the concerned Ministry with his grievance and give his suggestions for them to examine as to whether it requires intervention and whether it is technologically feasible or not. In this behalf, learned Assistant Solicitor General states that the Ministry concerned is the Communication and Information Technology of the Union of India. The petitioner may, thus, approach that Ministry.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. No costs. Consequently, M.P. No.1 of 2015 is also dismissed.
