(CRIME NO.49/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of Para 13(C) of the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and appear before the Cantonment Police Station, on every Monday Wednesday and Friday at 10.30am for a Period of two Weeks and thereafter appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30am until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.5467/2022 dated 11.03.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.NATARAJAN,Senior Counsel for M/S.A.MADHUMATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 13(c) of the judgment passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5467 of 2022, dated 11.03.2022.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 11.03.2022, had granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5467 of 2022, and directed the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and appear before the Cantonment Police Station

on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter appear before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. He would further submit that the petitioner has been complying with the above condition imposed by this Court, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he has not co-operated for the investigation.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P No.5467 of 2022 dated 11.03.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders and it is made clear that the petitioner shall co-operate for the investigation.

5. The other conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.03.2022, remains unaltered.
